# Tello Talent - Matrix LED - DroneBlocks error on "00\_test\_installation.py"

Hi, apologies if I have missed something obvious - I am working though “Programming Robomaster TT (Tello Talent) with Python” - “Software Install” lesson

Environment: OS - MacBook Air , Apple M2 Sonoma 14.2.1

1. Using the Arduino IDE - with extension module connected to USB port - updated firmware - successfully connect and can manipulate the matrix display - the below example displays correctly on the matrix

1. From the “Software Install” lesson  
00\_test\_installation.py produces the below error

(01\_takeoff\_land.py and 02\_takeoff\_land\_sert\_script.py both run without error)
