Motor problem/ replacement with a new motor

We need help, we replaced a faulty motor in a unitree go1 robot, but it doesn’t see the new motor, and if necessary, how can I set the motor ID?
The arrow in the picture shows the motor which was replaced.

Did you ever figure this out? I am having exactly the same problem. I replaced a calf motor and it’s not working. It’s showing a temperature of 0 but is being actively damped when on so I must be missing something.

We are also having this problem, but we only did a cable repair, it looks good and it’s also being actively damped when on, but reports 0 degrees C in the web interface and refuses to move or attempt the self test on startup. Did either of you ever figure out a solution?
