After selecting TT for Drone Type, Droneblocks running on IOS shows categories for both LED and CAMERA while DRoneblocks running on a Chromebook only shows LED. Is the most stable execution environment a smartphone?
As of right now we are unable to gain access to Tello’s camera from our Chrome App:
It’s a limitation of the Chrome App environment. What we normally recommend is to install the DroneBlocks Android app on your ChromeBook. This will give you the ability to access Tello’s camera and using the camera code blocks.
I realize it’s not always possible to access apps from Google Play on ChromeBooks, but as of right now that’s the only option for camera control on Chrome OS until we’re able to figure something else out.
