When students open the DroneBloacks app in the iPad, there is a white screen with no blocks. We have powered off the device, made sure it is connected to wifi, everything that is supposed to be done before connecting the Tello. The blocks do not show up at all. I have even checked the app store to see if there is an update we need, and there is not. What do I need to do at this point? I have checked the community forum with similar questions, and I am already doing what has been suggested.
I’m curious if you try to access this page from Mobile Safari on any of your iPads is it accessible?

This is what we load into the DroneBlocks app for programming Tello. Let us know and we’re happy to help you get this resolved.
Yes, going to that website shows the coding blocks. The iPads just updated to iPadOS 18.3.1. Could that be a problem?
Also, now Tello drones will not launch in DroneBlocks. The code shows up, the drone is connected, but it will not launch. We have killed the apps, powered off iPads, connected in the correct order, and it will still not launch. The camera does not show on the app, either.
